The Vision for the KPH project is that special needs kids all over New Zealand along with their parent or caregiver, are hosted at the Tier One level Motorsport events throughout the country, at their local track. As well as this, Project KPH aims to take the experience to kids who cannot get to the track due to health or mobility issues.
That Project KPH can help as many rev head kids as possible to experience the thrill of meeting with some of New Zealand’s top Motorsport talent in a safe and empowering environment. That each race season, two past KPH kids along with their parent or caregiver are hosted for the weekend at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne; to create a once in a lifetime experience otherwise unattainable.
The vision includes expanding the concept to see Project KPH operating at V8 Supercar events, both the round in New Zealand and the rounds in Australia; to allow for kids all over Australia to take part as well. Orange Dog is proud to be a sponsor of the KPH Project.
